Upon Arrival

It's almost a week into my six months here in London and i'm feeling good. At times uncomfortable, but still good. I've quickly realized that taking a leap out of your comfort zone is what studying abroad is all about; how do you change if you are not forced to? I think this carousel which we happened to stumble upon on one of our first nights here will be a perfect metaphor for my life in the next six months. Not necessarily centripetal, but bright and exhilarating, with the return of childhood fun. Great things ahead!
